Design/Build installation for a new two-story suite of offices. Services included Communications Cabling, Paging, Sound Masking, Security and Data Center.

Concordia University residence Life Center, Saint Paul, MN

Design/Build installation for a new four-story, 300-bed apartment-style facility that replaced three buildings originally built in the 1950’s. Services included structured cabling, wireless access point installation, camera surveillance, emergency intercom call station, fiber and copper backbone cabling to campus data center, redistribution of underground cabling systems to feed East Campus buildings.

U.S. Bank Plaza, Minneapolis, MN

Telecom riser management services. Each closet was thoroughly examined for fire stop removal or additions to the penetrations. Notations were made and appropriate action taken. For example: If it is noted that additional penetrations have been made to prior existing fire stop and gaps exist, additional/new fire stop material will be applied. Any actions are documented. Vendor responsible is identified. Each closet is thoroughly examined for telecom riser pair changes. A report of findings and recommendations was supplied.
