CSS participates in the 2009 SADBOC Government Procurement
Fair in Brooklyn Center. The fair was sponsored by the Federal
Executive Board's Small and Disadvantaged Business Opportunity
Council in cooperation with PTAC and the US Small Business
Administration. Coupling education with marketing strategies,
this event provided CSS and other businesses an opportunity
to meet with representatives from more than 50 Federal,
State, and local departments, commercial/prime contractors,
and nonprofit organizations.

Sween/Deli Express remodel of their corporate offices
in Eden Prairie. The project encompassed their office space
on two floors, production area, freezer area, basement,
and loading dock. It included the installation of new Category

optic cable backbone.

CSS performs abandoned cable removal
and recycling for vacated tenant floors 25-29 for Hines
property 50 South Sixth in Minneapolis, MN. The project entailed
removal of nearly 8,000 pounds of abandoned cable, demolition
of network equipment racks from former IT rooms and backbone
cabling. Removal of abandoned cabling and recycling is just
one of the solutions CSS provides to Property Managers and
building owners including: Riser Management, Fire Stop installation
and Maintenance, Consulting Services (Owners Agent), and Project
Management. |

project consists of removal and recycling of cable within
former Fallon Worldwide on 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th, and 29th

Therapeutics contracts with CSS for the build out of their
new Minnetonka, MN Data Center. The project consists of 828
strands of 50 Micron 10Gig Panduit Quicknet MTP fiber ports
and (978) Tyco MRJ21 Gigabit Ethernet ports. CSS provided
(13) 4-post Panduit racks and (20) AMCO Server cabinets and
Cablofil 4" tray for routing fiber cables throughout
the Data Center. This continues our long relationship with
Prime. We are pleased to be a valued partner of Prime Therapeutics. |

Owners and Property Management Companies involved in BOMA

The theme for the show this year was Golf. Chad Peterson donned
the Knickers to get into the spirit of the show. |

Health Management for installation of category 6 infrastructure
at new office in Eagan, MN. The project is a design/build
project consisting of 500 dual category 6 cable locations.
Construction is scheduled to begin April 2008 and complete
